I augusti får High Time finbesök från Italien och ett lokalt sjumanna band, det kan inte bli så mycket bättre! 

GIÖBIA (IT) 
Psych/space rockers Giöbia, based in Milano, now are on tour in Europe to present their new album, “Magnifier” by the German label SULATRON Records. The sound of Magnifier is heavier and darker then before but still unique and reveal the intimate bond with bands and soundtracks composers of Horror and Thrilling Italian Police movies of the 70's.

Giöbia – comes from an ancient pre-christian festivity celebrated in Northern Italy when a big straw puppet resembling a witch is burnt as a propitiatory ritual towards the forces of nature.

With their psychedelic pop, We are Wood will transport you back to the great end of the 60’s. Catchy melodies and great harmonies, the 7-piece band proves with only one EP released so far, that they are a great bet for the revival of this genre.
